We’ve successfully installed and ramped up our new electroplating line, and it’s now fully in production as of this year.
What’s changed? Pretty much everything:
- Double the capacity of our previous system
- Factor two improvement in copper thickness conformity across all panels
- Full automatic traceability for complete process transparency
- All customer change requests implemented and released
This line also features DYCONEX-developed technology that significantly improves the reliability, taking our PCB performance to the next level.
