Medical Technology Ireland, Europe’s second-largest medical device design and manufacturing event, will return to Galway on 24–25 September 2025. Hosted at the Galway Racecourse in Ballybrit, the event is set to bring together innovators, manufacturers, and researchers from across the global medtech ecosystem.

Its two-day programme combines a major exhibition with a versatile conference agenda, attracting more than 300 international delegates.

Experts in medical device manufacturing, design, and R&D will share insights on emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices shaping the future of healthcare innovation.

Why attend this year’s Medical Tech Ireland?

One of this year’s major highlights is the Women in MedTech Forum, celebrating female leadership and contributions within the medical technology industry. Building on last year’s success, it will feature influential voices addressing the opportunities and challenges shaping the female experience in medical technology. Medical Technology Ireland has achieved CPD accreditation for its 2025 event, enabling participants to earn professional development credits by engaging with conference sessions, scanning session QR codes and submitting their details.

Networking remains central to Medical Technology Ireland’s overall mission. The event app allows visitors to arrange one-to-one meetings in advance, ensuring valuable opportunities to form partnerships and explore new business relationships.
